Called the number advertised online (0131 656 7078) 11 times today already. Apart from once, when i got the engaged tone, its just rang out every time.

Is this the standard pi$$ poor service or am i just being unlucky?
Is there another (better) number than the above one that you can call?

Anytime i've been in the shop midweek (including Monday this week) they are not exactly rushed of their feet.
Why give a contact number and never answer the bloody phone!! Just feels like a garbage service.

I have seen folk saying go up 1 size for the replica kit. If i end up getting the wrong size do they exchange sizes without any hassle?

I was told that the away kit would be available from 21st July, i was wanting to ask them if i pre ordered 2 away tops for collection will they guarantee that they would be there that day (its my laddies birthdays on 22nd July so really would need to get them on the 21st)?

If anybody can give me a heads up to any of the above it would be much appreciated.

I believed Hibs had got a bit better with the customer service in the last few years but it would appear to be same old, same old.

Have you tried the Gyle shop. 0131 539 9000, might get an answer there.

I was in yesterday lunchtime and in fairness they pretty busy - so might just be bad luck.

Someone had swapped a size before me and the staff were great so don't think you'd have an issue there.

Having tried on 1 and 2 sizes up from my usual, would recommend 1 up for a slim fit and 2 for a looser fit.

Hope that helps!
