For anyone who bought a fan cut out last season.
Email from the club , you have until Monday 5th July at 5 pm to let the club know if you want to keep yours.
Apparently the Scottish weather hasn’t been good to them in the past 12 months with vast majority severely weather beaten , discoloured or completely broken.
Will go and collect the auld man’s and mine see what state they are in .

Just seen email, not a lot of time before they lob them in the bin. Don't see why they couldn't have given more notice.

Surely any photo that shows a true likeness to yourself should be sufficient.

I can't see many people queuing up to steal a cardboard cutout.

How were they purchased? If by card then surely providing the card details would also be good enough?

My son got one each of my grandchildren. Hibs want a copy of the original photo and your unique order ID. He has the photos, but why would he have kept the emails? Obviously our club has not thought the return process through.

I found mine, it came from ([email protected]), the email heading was ‘Fan Cut Outs by Aura’.

I agree, reading the communication did give me the impression the club are not too keen allocating resources to the return process.

It's an email receipt. Fairly standard to keep hold of emails to prove your purchases these days, so not sure Hibs are at fault for that one.

Hope you get it worked out!I've deleted mine. Was needing your unique identifier mentioned in the terms? The agreement was you pick it up around the first available home game. I reckon my face on the one I want ought to be enough. I'd expect that the reverse of the cut out would have something but maybe not a number no-one said would be important.

Can now be uplifted if they haven't lost them..

Went down today, and no sign of one of ours despite responding by the deadline. Incidentally despite what they said about condition of them, I looked tnrough the lot & almost all in great condition, just need a wipe to get the dust off.

Sounds like they really didn't want the effort of giving them back.

Im in same boat. emailed me to say they had "lost" mine. I pointed out exactly where it was in stadium and then they came back and said they had already been moved, he had went through them and couldnt find mine. Clear from the outset they had no motivation to get these back to people. Poor.

Popped down to Easter Road. Was directed through to the alphabetically stacked pics and found my two grandchildren very easily. They are now sat in the back seat of my car. It’s now a bit spooky driving as I’m not expecting to see two faces out the corner of my eye every so often.

No receipts asked for, just look through them, and hopefully find your own one. They are stacked in piles alphabetically

Both. Thanks for your patience on this - it’s much appreciated.

Every effort is being made to get these back to supporters that want them. I’ve volunteered 3 afternoons over the last week to help organise the hundreds of them, find those that require them and put into alphabetical order (noticed that surname differs for some cut outs depending on who ordered it).

I’ve done more checking again today before the game and found 7 or 8 not originally located. These will be added to the clubstore tomorrow morning and Aidan will be in touch. Hopefully yours is the lucky ones I’ve found.

We do have a lot that are broken and snapped because of the elements - high winds last autumn that put some flags out of action too.

Went down this afternoon takes longer than it used to from North West Edinburgh to Easter Road with all the roadworks , spaces for people etc
Searched through the lot couldn’t find mine but found the auld man’s .
The ones that are there and still to be claimed were all in good nick
Seen my cut out a couple of times on the box was down near the front so maybe weather damaged or maybe a clearance from the one of the defenders I have been critical off hit me in the coupon and cut me in half :greengrin
