2021-22 hibs.net prediction league round 1: Civil Service (friendly, away)

So Hibs have just announced this game IS an official first-team friendly, which means the prediction league is up and running! Who will join scuttle and Greenfly as champion this season?

Rules around scoring:

3 points for correct score, 2 points for correct goal difference, 1 point for correct result
This year I am introducing two tiebreakers for those on the same number of points - number of correct results, followed by average points per game
Indicate which team has scored which (unless a draw) or no points will be awarded
If you post your prediction (or edit your original prediction) AFTER the game has started then no points will be awarded
If you somehow manage to post two predictions on the thread without realising, the most recent one will be presumed to be your final prediction and will count towards your score
If you post multiple times and delete one of the posts, no points will be awarded - I tally the scores up after the game, so I have no way of knowing whether this was an honest mistake or you deleted an incorrect prediction, leaving a correct one up

Just a thought, but should we not be saving the prediction league for competitive fixtures?

It's a wee bit of a guess too far when we play Civil Service and have no idea if it's a development side game etc.

When I established this way back in 2019 I started with friendlies - makes it more exciting that way! The closed-doors ones are being ignored (as they're often announced just before they start), but I will be including all the games listed on the official site a week ago.

The comment on what make up of players we use is a fair point, but you can make a prediction after the line up is announced and the same could be said about dead rubbers in the LC/end of season or games against smaller teams i.e. the ECL qualifier coming up.
