I thought so at 1st but it comes at him at pace. Pickford does well to get such a strong hand to it and it's moving very quickly.

Obviously got lucky with stones miss but outside that England look as poor as they did against Croatia (even though they were widely proclaimed as being excellent)

Brilliant half from Scotland imo.

Work ethic was good, pressed, disciplined, organised and defended well when we had to (with a couple of exceptions). Also got forward and created chances and half chances of our own when the opportunity presented itself as well.

He was criticised on Monday but Clarke has got this close to spot on so far tonight.

Totally agree. Not quite like being at a game but as close as it has been for a long time. Same again second half and I will have no complaints regardless of result. Intense and passionate exactly how Scotland should play

I thought that was a very good first half from Scotland. The defending worries me a bit but you can’t fault any of the players so far, they’re giving everything and - most importantly - they’re playing like they belong there.
