I don't think this needs much of an explanation. Top 10 as it stands:
1. Greenfly (56 points)
2. superfurryhibby (54 points)
3. Saltire2k (49 points)
4. green.oracle (48 points)
5. JohnMcM, Sir David Gray
7. Argylehibby, blackpoolhibs, (45 points)
9. CmoantheHibs, Vault Boy (43 points)

So, with one game left, Greenfly is champion if they get at least two points, and superfurryhibby can win if they get a correct score and Greenfly gets it completely wrong. There is also the possibility of a draw, in which the tie will be broken by the number of correct scores over the course of the season - in this case, the winner would be Greenfly with 11 correct scores to superfurryhibby's 9, as it stands.

Rules:


3 points for correct score, 2 for correct goal difference and 1 for correct result - I am looking for the FINAL result, whether that ends up being full-time or after extra-time. Penalties are not important, and please do not post two separate scores for FT and AET; no points will be awarded if you do
Indicate which team has scored which (unless a draw) or no points will be awarded
If you post your prediction (or edit your original prediction) AFTER the game has started then no points will be awarded
If you somehow manage to post two predictions on the thread without realising, the most recent one will be presumed to be your final prediction and will count towards your score
If you post multiple times and delete one of the posts, no points will be awarded - I tally the scores up after the game, so I have no way of knowing whether this was an honest mistake or you deleted an incorrect prediction, leaving a correct one up

You're giving me far too much credit - not many tactics other than a wing and a prayer here. Tempting though to go for the same score but that would be the equivalent of taking the ball to the corner. We'll done Diclonius for organising all this and I'd like to wish Superfurry all the best with it but I can't because of his score prediction :wink:. I so so so hope you're wrong.
