I'm sure I've seen a post or two about Hibs fans down here watching games in a pub? would love to watch at least one game this season with a bit of atmosphere :flag:

Any venue sorted yet? It's my girlfriend's birthday so not sure how I'm going to play this yet!

She can come along if she wants but she’s not to ask you how offsides work?

Still trying to work out how Jacko's goal against Motherwell was offside. Completely went unnoticed at the time. Can I ask how it works now?

Come and join us in Guildford. I have organised a few Hibees to have lunch and watch the game at a sports pub in Guidlford. Huge outdoor area with large screens. We'll have our own area, banners, flags balloons.

It was discussed at length at the time (can't remember if it was on the match thread or elsewhere) but the short version is:

He's offside because there is only one Motherwell player between him and the goal line. It caught some people out because the goalkeeper was in an unusual position (further from the goal line than Jackson), and some folk were under the impression that the goalkeeper somehow doesn't count for offside, so the one defender would be playing Jackson on. But that's completely wrong – it's always been two opposing players between you and the goal line to be onside (well, unless you go back before 1925), it's just that obviously 99% of the time one of those players is the goalkeeper.
