Seen a few joke ones kicking about as well. Think some common sense needs to be applied, hopefully nobody gets caught out.

As ever with these things the usual rules apply. If too good to be true it is and if it smells like ***** it is etc etc.

Not sure I understand what the fraudsters are gaining from this if it tells the person to log in to e-ticketing with no spam link [emoji2372]
On a side note I am hoping the person who wrote the emails isn’t looking for a marketing role at any time, what a mess of an email.

Maybe Hibs took the link out before tweeting in case someone tried it.

It was a made up email which was posted on a Hibs FB page earlier today as a joke. Most folk knew it was a joke and responded accordingly. It has now backfired big style. There was no intent to defraud anyone and nobody was being scammed. Someone has put two and two together and came up with five.

Common sense as you rightly say is the key to avoiding scammers matty-f. Send me your bank details, password and PIN numbers and I’ll check your account to make sure you are not a victim. 😂😇:greengrin
