United had a few chances but can anyone remember hibs controlling a semi final like that one before?

There wasn’t a single period in that game where I thought we are in bother, very rare for us at Hampden!!!

No semifinal is easy but Hibs have a knack of making it harder than it should be. Today, you sensed Hibs knew they had the measure ion DUFC - and that's a huge advantage. Our approach and drive were on par with the QOS and Stranraer matches. We got the goals and rub of the green when it mattered and that made all the difference.

Funny, I was just thinking that. They weren't in that game really. We were in total control throughout.

I disagree completely. There was a spell after half time where we could have caved in ....... but we didn’t. In the end we won comfortably, but it was not plain sailing.

We were pretty poor for about 25 mins then no worries after that.

United had a wee spell in the 2nd half when a few chances went just wide, had one of them went in, then who knows. It was a deserved 2-0 win in the end but it wasn't until about 93 mins that I felt relaxed. Probably just watched Hibs too long to feel comfortable with any lead. 😁
