I thought he played well, good engine even though he normally only gets 30 minutes or so. Definitely gives something different in the middle of the park.

He was good today, they all were. Don’t think he’s the answer mid-long term, but not sure I’d bring Gogic in for the final. Maybe against St Johnstone, but if it’s St Mirren same team as today please if possible.

I said a while ago I'd like to see him start. He gives us something different.

If it's St Johnstone in the final I'd got with Gogic, Halberg and one of the other 2.

He was very good today, particularly in the 1st half. A great squad player and the type you need when playing a lot of games in Europe and the league.

He’s been good all season. As has most of our midfield. Very accomplished season.

As expected was very good today. Strong, holds the ball up well and retains possession
A very good striker of the dead ball. His free kicks were an improvement from the previous incumbents.
Also helped balance the midfield blend today.

Would be tempted to keep him in the team for the final and bring back Gogic for Newell.
Has certainly given JR something to think about.

Think more than just a squad player, said it all season but he is far batter than people seem to think. We look a far more solid team with him in midfield. Great performance today.

Yep, likewise always liked him and thought him and Newell were a very decent pairing when they played.

Think the problem is he generally comes in, looks good for a few games and follows them up with a few poor ones and is dropped, and the cycle repeats.

I can’t think of many games this season where Hallberg has had noticeably bad games, maybe a bit quiet but certainly not poor.

I think the 3 of him, Newell and Irvine works well. Really hope he keeps his place, definitely deserves to.

Hallberg is a player who can split opinions, I am not his greatest fan however he had a good game today.He is without doubt a good player to have in your squad.

I've been critical of him in the past and willing to let him leave in the summer, but he showed today how good a player he can be.

Thought he was really good today and refreshing to see a Hibs player always battling, trying to get on the ball and get things moving forward.

He's certainly a player I'd want starting against a team like St Johnstone.

He's started about 28% of league games. Don't know how you can make that statement based on 10 games. Having said that I've been critical of him on here & in particular for (IMO) hiding in games. He showed up today, in all senses. I'll be happy to see him in the team if he continues to perform like today.

Did anyone else catch him staring out Reynolds for ages after holding it the corner and drawing a foul, can't help but love his attitude! Made the most of his opportunity today!

Said it on another thread, was my man of the match today.

Never rushed on the ball, good with both feet, looked to move us forward and was equally as good at tracking back and covering. Chuffed for the guy. Great performance.
