There are posts elsewhere about this, why start a new thread?

28 for Brad and 10 for the machete attack.

The cockroach that is Sean Orman deserves everything he's got coming his way.
Disappointed the crown dropped the 13 other charges, including amongst others the one where he was caught behind the wheel doing 123mph in town with Jerry cans in the back. And a kinder egg full of smack in his mouth at St Leonards. WTF? Scottish Justice.
He should have got 28 + 10 + 5.

Given that it is known he was paid to carry out these attacks, I assume there will be further trials of those who paid him, the name of that person (allegedly) was widely reported throughout the trial.

The judge said that we'll probably never know who was behind it or why.

Yet the prosecution repeatedly named him in court.

Proving it is a bit trickier.

Proving it is a bit trickier.Would imagine he and his cronies are being very well cased by the police.
That will form a different case, eventually.

I just hope it's for crimes already committed.

Sentences to run concurrently so essentially 28 years.

I really don't understand that, not specifically in this case but in general.
You commit 2 crimes but are essentially only punished for one.

Justice is done.
I just hope he doesn't get released after a ridiculously small time in jail.

It's a minimum 28 yearsYip. Minimum means exactly that in Scots Law. He might not even be able for parole after 28 years either.
Plenty time to think about what he could have spent £10k on (perhaps something better than a tacky tight fitting tracksuit from JD Sports!)

I know mine is (a two year old Astra), and I've switched it off.
TBH, I find the whole concept a bit creepy

I see rat boy Orman is to appeal his sentence. Poor wee lamb. Is 28 years too much for ya?
