Oright folks, in tryin to renew our season tickets today, but the eticketing website is sayin it doesnt recognise my login details, I've also tried to reset the password but it's not recognising my email address. I've been using the site since it started without a problem, anyone else had issues ?

Was a lot simpler than I was thinking it would be. :agree:

I’ve renewed last week, logged in no issues and got season ticket on finance plan. Did you try contacting the ticket office?

Go on to the KP update thread. He has links on there about single sign-on. You need to do that first to access the ticketing site now.

I'm having exactly the same problem as last year, I get to the final part and get told they are having problems verifying my bank account details, even though I've had the same account for about 30 years ... looks like I'll have to phone as I did last year

I got sent a code via txt to type in to verify my bank details to complete the transaction mate, is your mobile linked to your bank account ?

Be careful that it’s not a scam. Fraudsters can now intercept transactions as the apparent recipient and ask for bank details.

Cheers mate. Think I'll be ok though, as I said I had exactly the same problem last year, cant help feeling this is down to my bank, I tried to set up internet banking last year but couldn't because they had an old phone number. I had to go in on a different matter and gave them my correct number, but weeks later it was still showing they had my old number and wouldn't let me set up an internet link, so I just gave up with a 'sod this' as one does :greengrin

Verification txts from your bank will never ask for your account details. You’ll get a code that you need to key into the confirmation/verification page on the merchants site. Thats all above board and not part of a scam.
