I thought they were about right, remembering how dodgy our defending was at times. I also agreed with another point on the show about not getting carried away with a 2 min YouTube clip of a player!

It’s a running joke from a much earlier episode, John had said something about giving a player a steady seven out of ten (for example) and I asked what if it was out of fifteen (no good reason for asking that other than being a bit daft) and it really hurt John’s head. It just stuck after that.

Ah, thanks for explaining. It being a bit daft is as good a reason as any. I try to listen to the episodes when I can but must confess I've missed a fair few. There's too much content on the interweb and not enough hours in the day. 😀

1) around the Old Goldbergs - “The best Tory is a lavatory”
2) around Mayfield - “From the spark a fire shall spring…

there was also the Garage with felt-tipped pen of the Hearts results throughout the 86 season… around Mayfield Road East updated faithfully maybe they didn’t scribe the result at Dens tho ;)
