Getting in touch with Hibernian Direct

First of all - sorry if this is an old topic that has been raised before.

I ordered an item on line from Hibernian Direct on 7th Feb - they sent me a receipt email confirming my payment of £52.95.

2 months later I had still heard nothing and received nothing so I sent them an email on 13th April asking for an update re my order.

1 week on from my email I have received no reply and so I tried calling them today on their listed number of 0131- 656 7078 and it's perpetually engaged.

I know that maybe it's not been the best day to call given the announcement has just been issued re STs on sale - but am I missing something here?

Does anyone know a practical way of getting in touch with Hibernian Direct whereby my query will be answered and I won't be stuck on the phone all day listening to an engaged tone?

Contact the supporters rep Kieran Power, he helped me massively when I was getting no response from the shop

The team should be back in the shop from Monday though I believe if they aren’t already as they will be able to open to the public again.

And bingo - that's the very same treasured item I'm waiting for on tenterhooks as well! I'll follow up on TamHibs' lead and hopefully Keiran can get an update on here. We're probably not the only ones waiting
