Does anyone know if there’s a deadline to apply for a refund due to the rescheduling? My daughter was supposed to be going with a friend but the email has been missed and the girl who booked says there was a deadline of 9/4 to apply for a refund? That can’t be right?

They fell out last year so I’m dubious about what this girls saying - can’t see anything online and it all refers you back to this email.

That just refers you back this email of 26/3. Can’t find anything online about the content of this mysterious email!

Get the refund from the ex friend if she booked the tickets she will get the money back.

She’s asked - said there was a deadline of 9/4 to apply for a refund. Hoping someone had the email and o owes if this is true.

I did have the email and applied for and got my refund but typically I never moved it out my junk so seems to have now deleted. I don’t remember a date on it off the top of my head.

Get the ticket off the friend, and sell it nearer the time don’t think you’ll have a problem reselling it

When they changed the date to September they offered a refund with a deadline of April 9th.

I still have the email if you need it.

Cheers mate - so there was a 2 week window and if you missed it there’s no option for a refund?

Yeah I think so.

I missed the deadline last year when it first got cancelled. Emailed them and let them know that I didn’t know about the deadline as the email went into my junk mail. They weren’t interested. Too late, final answer.

That’s a bit tight - they’ve not only moved it to after summer, they’ve changed the line up and they give you 2 weeks to check your junk mail (or gwt someone else to check theirs).
