I think that's a fairly sensible idea, Covid won't be gone and protection of public health trumps the speedy delivery of election results.

Suspect there'll be a push to get as many folks to get postal ballots too

I had a letter from the electoral register asking if the details were correct and what to do if I want a postal vote. It's going ahead.

I am registered for postal voting but at a local election last year my vote did not arrive.

No explanation was given when I asked what had happened.

I am afraid that voting in person is the only guaranteed option for voting.

When you say it did not arrive, do you mean it never arrived at your address or it never arrived at counting after you’d returned it?

Is it possible to check if your postal vote was registered?
