I'm never convinced these days by Hibs updates on players fitness.

I will be pleasantly surprised if Jackson Irvine plays.

The issue is that supporters see what they want to see in the media.
They see could, should and might as will.

The only player Hibs have commented about in the last few days is Newell.
Potter is quoted as saying he will be in the squad.

No quotes from the club about Irvine or Gogic availability for Saturday.
All that is in the media are papers saying could and should play in relation to both players and supporters are reading those opinions as Hibs saying they are fit to play.
As I said people see what they want to see and others then run with it as the truth.
