I said the exact same to my mates the other night when we were 2-0 up. Then St Mirren scored, so what do I know! Haha.

Agree he needs minutes on the pitch so get match sharp, but it's a difficult time of the season to do that when every game is so important.

Was just fitting in Allan for the OP.

Will be a bit like Newell I think with Gogic and Irvine playing well together.

You always want to play your best players and on his day Allan is but with the season he has had so far then small cameos will be nice and have him ready to go next season.

You always want to play your best players and on his day Allan is but with the season he has had so far then small cameos will be nice and have him ready to go next season.

We have a few decent 'midfielders' so getting the balance right isn't easy.

I'd love to see Allan back at his best playing off a front 2 but right now I suspect it is difficult enough for Jack Ross to pick his best team without even trying to factor in SA.

Our bench on Tuesday was as strong as I've seen it in ages and that's with Newell out injured.

With 11 games left and hopefully a real push for a positive finale to season I’m guessing with the lack of opportunity’s for game time out with training matches we will probably only see cameos from Scott Allan between now and seasons end. Hopefully a fully fit SA next term.
