BBC report on the Morelos incident tries to somehow implicate Ross as the trouble maker rather than calling out the incident for what it was
theyre as bad as the referee

No, not seeing any attempt to portray Ross as a troublemaker.

I'm not seeing that, it's a matter-of-fact report on Ross' comments and nothing more.

Attempting to make a controversy out of what Ross says rather than reporting on the incident itself and calling it out for what it is

The page has a video of three BBC pundits all calling it a red card?

????
If anything, judging by the tabloid headlines seen in BBC's Gossip story, it is the tabloids which are a disgrace by saying Ross is "furious", "raging" and "blasts" the ref. Ross was very calm and matter of fact in his Sky interview, presumably given how sure he was that everyone bar the bluest of blue blue-noses would see it as an obvious straight red. Unless Ross lost it in the post-match presser to justify these headlines. Or is it that these headline makers are amongst the bluest of blue blue-noses?

Ross makes his view very clear.

Thought his comments were very good especially in relation to how Porteous was vilified in this fixture previously. Absolute joke sportscene trying to say they were both red cards no way in this world were the McGregor and Morelos incidents the same.

If a tame and factual article like that is "attempting to make a controversy", I wonder how an over-egged forum post labelling it a disgrace should be described? :dunno:

Unfortunately also trying to say McGregor incident was red also.

Hard to argue that there’s not something going on with the vilification of young players - if Kris Boyd had an ounce about himself he’d wake up and stop spitting seethe on out screens.

After laying into Portos mistake, he in contrast remains mute on summing up on Morelos behaviour and deflecting attention towards the compliance officer and whataboutery.

Well let's appreciate their horror when Morelos is sanctioned and slapped a 3 match ban by Compliance.

Mmmm…...watching it again and taking off my green tinted specs, I think Darren was a lucky boy too.

It looks worse than it is but McGregor was silly getting involved in that, there was no need.

Looked to me like no intent and lost his balance and immediately took his foot off. Not the same imo

Agree. Defensible. Plug's is indefensible.

Looking at both incidents, I would say if one gets pulled up, both will be pulled up!
They don't need to hand out any ban, but at least need to review these incidents and make their decision after viewing.
Morelos is already been found guilty of the same offense earlier in the season, so this could go heavily against him.
Macgregor was punished at the time with a yellow, so could be deemed punished!!!!

The BBC are a disgrace for a lot of things, their highlights package their latest one for me. Nothing wrong with Jack's interview though.
