His position in the top flight should be under consideration.

Cheat. He's got previous at ER v the huns during Lennon's tenure. Turned down the most obvious pen you will ever see with a clear view.

Darren's was a tangle of legs, and he got booked for it. Morelos was a stamp with no punishment .
Shocking refereeing from shocking referee.

He apparently runs one of the referee associations not happening.

The “tangle of legs” line from Clancy is simply his get out for suggesting he never saw it when the evidence is presented to him. Too early in game for him I guess and he wouldn’t have wanted to issue a red card at that stage of the game, certainly not to Rangers/Morelos.
He saw it clearly alright - absolutely no question.

That's unbelievable, what a fud Clancy is, he had an unimpeded view.

Shocking refereeing from shocking referee. Spot on. Daz even tried to stop the Rangers player from falling after the tangle but got booked. Clancy is like a rabbit in teh headlamps with Gerrard driving the car. He will do anything not to get run over. A total coward of a ref

Funny that one "tangle of legs" resulted in a yellow card for a Hibs player and another "tangle of legs" saw nothing for Morelos.
All honest mistakes though - just like the least cards received all season (Rangers) and only team not to have had a penalty awarded against them all season (Rangers) too.

It's difficult to have your legs tangled with another person's legs when they are lying on the groud and you're standing above them. Morelos looked down and chose to stamp down on Ryan's knee with force.

Corrupt referees know that they can make blatantly wrong decisions to avoid penalising their favoured team. They can retrospectively defend their dodgy decisions by claiming they were unsighted or momentarily distracted. They know that the compliance officer might reverse their decisions but the immediate harm has been done and nothing will be done about their biased behaviour or incompetence. When was the last time you heard of a referee at the highest level being taken to task by the Scottish Referees Association or the SFA?
