Certainly not with Ross in charge.

Games against Rangers, Hearts, Celtic, Aberdeen and two cup semis...how many wins?!

Time’s up.

It seems to have been the hibs way for the last 20 years whenever we are the clear favourites we bottle it, Livingston cup final, rosscounty cup final, numerous semis aswell ayr, Falkirk, dunfermline

Most tormenting team to support on the planet.

Fed up showing potential but ****ing it up on the big occasion.

Not going to get a better chance to win a cup for a long time.

It’s as depressing as it is predictable

His record in big games is ****ing abysmal. Not only is it abysmal when you look at it simply in terms of games won, but it gets even worse when you look at the manner of some of the defeats. The amount of capitulations he’s overseen in just over a year is ridiculous.

He’s an absolute bottle merchant.

Not quite as important as a semi final against the huge club that is st Johnstone when the other two teams left in the competition are st mirren and Livingston.

A manager’s ‘bottle’ is a difficult thing to measure.

Would Ross be sat here with more bottle if Nisbet hadn’t missed his penalty in the last semi or if Murphy had scored tonight or Porteous won a header?

Whether we are signing the right players, play the right formations etc is up for debate but games swing on lots of things and I’m not sure that the ‘bottle’ of someone not on the park plays much of a role.

No one with a brain had hibs clear favourites in either of those finals.

The Livi one I agree, the county one I can’t agree. We were favourites, had a better team, and played them off the park. Losing that was entirely our own doing.

I'd rather we didn't qualify for semi finals now. Pre empt any sort of pain.

How bad can it get?

Hibs bad!

I had a really weird feeling after the 2016 SF....relieved we won (thought we'd blown it) but immediately I feared the final....I just assumed we would loose, I had lost faith......on the day Hibs did something they hadn't done before, proved me wrong and gave me a day I will never forget. Yesterday was a sickener, I know football games aren't won on paper, I know its 11 against 11 no matter what the individual players are 'worth'.....but there is a limit! Come on! Scottish football will be laughing at us today, bottled it / not a team / no system / no passion.....take your pick. There are no excuses for that. Ross and the squad are getting no sympathy from the fans today, a lot of good will and trust has gone.....I'm no fan of sacking managers but after that it will take something very special to win the support back.
