Alright folks

Sitting going through a lot of my old photography folders and found these images from back in 2004 when I had just started using a digital camera (pretty crap one but it got me interested in photography again at least).
Was driving along Inverleith Place when I saw the white Hibs minibuses parked up,pulled over and found the team training on the Edinburgh Academy pitches.

Great quality photos. Brings back fond memories of watching Hibs then. Really liked Dobbie as a player, wish we'd kept him.

I mind meeting some Hibs players at Musselburgh races when I was a bairn. Poor Sam Morrow was mobbed by other bairns that thought he was Deek.

..They lost interest when they found out it wasn’t :faf:

Frightening.

I used to see most of those players in the same pubs and clubs as me at the weekend (and most weeknights tbh).

It's funny how time gets a bit warped when thinking about football. I still consider our LC win in 2007 as recent. I was 21 at the time.....

Love these pictures and loved watching Hibs at that time, after the cup win if I could re live any period following Hibs that would easily be it.

Quality photos thanks for sharing those. We had some great young players then. Hopefully some of the guys can push on again this time as there’s nothing better than watching young homegrown talent on the pitch .

To be fair, since Hibernian Retro has changed hands (within the past year or two) it seems far less dodgy.

I never thought it was dodgy, what was it like before?

If someone sends pics into your twitter account it's quite poor to pass it off as your own tagging Tam McManus in an attempt to get some attention.

He used to download and post all sorts of images, many of them copyrighted, with no sign of a credit anywhere. Worse he used to flog Hibs merchandise, obviously non-official, but using the club crest and often images but again ignoring copyright.

As I say it's changed hands and seems to be much, much better now.
