2 big home games this week. County on Wednesday and Livingston on Saturday.
Our home form hasn’t been nearly as good as our away form, so tomorrow night will be another challenge
I haven’t seen today’s press conference, so no idea who’s available or not, although can’t see too many changes. Would be great to maybe have Jamie Murphy on the bench
Yogi will have them fired up, but they are in a poor run of form, and I fully expect Hibs to take the 3 points

2 massive games for the season and if we can get two wins, it’ll cap off a very good 2020 for the team.

They will obviously be short of the two players sent off and also think Stewart is injured. They will battle however would be surprised if we don't win comfortably.

2 wins will also mean our first round and second round of fixtures have got the same points tally which is very impressive.
We really should be getting 6 points.

You're right but every time people say we should win comfortably we don't.

Been a bit of a bogey team for us, mainly Away from home admittedly, however, given current form do expect us to take all 3 points.

Interview with Jack up now, and a mature Josh Doig too
Only player available on top of Saturday is Doidge, but expects a few more for the weekend

It would but it be great if we could actually thump a team when expected to win comfortably.

Two wins would all but seal European football next season. Dundee United are away to Celtic then play Aberdeen away, Livingston are at home to Aberdeen then away to us. 6 points would take us a minimum of 15 ahead of livi, and unless United pull off two huge results then we’d be opening up at least 14 ahead of them also. It would then be a straight shootout over 16 games between us and Aberdeen for third. Massive games and we need to start them with a big performance tomorrow night.

Agree totally something like the Hamilton game.

I am expecting a 7-0 win. Our first game after joining the EU (EEC) was that score so why can’t our last before leaving have a nice symmetry to it

It would be an amazing achievement to get 21 points from both rounds of fixtures.
Here's hoping.

Doidge straight back in and Boyle wide right again, with Wright dropping out?
Or do we go back to a 4-4-2, with Gogic or Hallberg rested and Wright on the left?
Go for the jugular early...

Doidge will be in for either Gogic or Hallberg I think. Think that’ll be the only change.

Gotta be Gogic out absolutely no need for him in team against Ross Co at home

Agreed Doidge has to come straight back in.Unfortunately for Wright because I thought he did ok on Saturday odds on to be the fall guy.Let Boyle and Doig terrorise them up the wings and Gogol ruffle them up in midfield. These Ross County boys haven’t been up to much playwise but they do seem to have a knack for getting sent off.

Sorry, meant to say Gogic in midfield. As you may gather I have only recently started doing this. One final question any news on Marciano.

Will be interesting to see if Yogi sets up a side that are looking for a draw as although I am sure that they would take that, it goes against how he likes to play. We will have too much for them and this one could be fill your boots time.

Just hope he doesn't burst into spontaneous choruses of Zip a dee doo dah like he always used to do during matches at Easter Road.
I know he always liked to entertain us but it fair distracted me from the football.

With Joelle Murray alongside him it has the potential to be one of the most riotous Hibs Pass broadcasts - a guaranteed scream.
Fancy a 0-0

All joking apart, I’m looking forward to seeing him tonight on Hibs Pass.

Not arsed how we play the next 2 games. 6 points is the most important thing before going to parkhead. Theres a decent chance aberdeen could drop points at Livi later too

It'll be good to see Miller again. Might even tune in for the pre match as well.
My memories of him aren't as negative as some on here. 1991 League Cup (nice birthday present), Jackson, O'Neill, McGinlay, Harper etc.

He rightly got some stick for negative play as I recall something stupid like an 18 month spell where we didn't score more than 1 goal away from home. I think we broke that sequence against Clyde in a cup tie played at firhill?
However he did sign some very attacking players and we played some decent football in amongst it all.

I’m sure we went the entire season , without winning an away league game.
A lot of our fans didn’t like him because of his Rangers past . But his Derby record certainly didn’t help . Won us our first trophy in 19 years .
I’ll be tuning in pre match .

Just noticed the other games are kicking off at 3pm and 4pm. Know there was a bit of debate on here about 6pm or 7.45pm...3pm midweek is definitely poor from fans point of view.

I'd be fuming if a Hibs game kicked off at 3pm during the week and I was working.
Really poor from a fans' point of view. It's bad enough to be locked out for the last 9 months but to then be paying for an online stream that I can't use because the game kicks off at a totally unnatural kick off time/day just makes it worse.

I've taken 3-1 hibs with nisbet to score anytime tonight, £192 back for my tenner so here's hoping it's a decent end to a rubbish year!

I’ve went also for Nisbet to score anytime, with us to get over 6 corners at a modest 3-1 for my £10 .

Not that I think Dundee Utd will catch us anyway, but it also opens up a 14 point gap with them losing this afternoon.

According to Live Scores, it’s 11pts. It’ll be 14 when we win tonight. Maybe you were including a win for us tonight. Apologies if so.

You're right it would be 14 points, I think that's what the poster meant as they were replying to a post which said we would go 3rd with a win.

I was kinda hoping Irish Dave would be doing the commentary.😂.
He didn't know Dundee had two teams so who knows what he would have made of Ross County.
