Will there be half season tickets this year? I posted this a few months back and all I got was people asking why I would want to buy one; well I do. So does anyone know if they will be released?

Haven't heard anything. I can’t imagine it's something Hibs would market aggressively as it may be bad press but if you get in touch directly they'll sort you out

I would highly doubt it to be honest.

I’d consider a half season ticket. Be a good wee cash injection to the club in these times. Good Xmas present for hibs minded individuals.

Anyone who expects games from a season ticket this year is a moron and should recognise the fact it’s ultimately a donation

Exactly this. I think Hibs might have been surprised by the take up. However, with Christmas less than a week away, I think they have missed the boat on this one

I assume that you can buy a season ticket at any point on a sliding scale price wise down from the full price.

Yeah, I don't expect to see games. I need nothing for Christmas though would quite like to be able to watch Hibs TV for the games give a bit back to the club. More chance of me renewing when games come back also.

I’m the same, I spent a bit of money in the shop online recently, I’d be happy to buy one for the latest addition to the family.

Wouldnt it be better for the club if you put the equivalent monies to HSL instead?

That way Hibernian get your very grateful donation tax free....

This is why I don't often post on .net. I asked a question and you gave me advise on how I should spend my money on something else.

If you have a Season Ticket, you get to watch the games on TV.

p.s. He seems a bit touchy about being asked questions, so I'd maybe avoid doing that, If I was you.

Is there any need for the moron bit in an otherwise decent post?

You’re welcome- definitely wasn’t there when I logged in a few days back, so it has quietly appeared in the last day or 2. Good to see the club offering this. All the best to you.

Why are the club selling them by block? Just have the one price.

Consistency with the full ST price scale? :dunno:

Gives the club options should they be allowed any fans in before May and maybe makes any conversion to full-ST next season a bit easier.

Thanks gents. I hadnt thought of that. I simply though the lad was trying to give cash to Hibernian, and I thought it would be better for Hibernian to get it tax free

Yes Keith, a very strange answer from the guy to my post. Completely taken in the wrong vein. Still hoping he has a great Xmas. (but Im not telling him to have a great Christmas:wink:)
