Plenty of Hibs content. For the general listener but very moving.

Wow! Seriously, I was just about to post this up just before I saw your post.

This was indeed very moving. Good words from the (late Bill Alcorn's) wife and of course the other contributors.

Thanks, I heard the start on way to work and wondered if there would be a Hibs connection. I'll give it a full listen later.

Good listening.

The story from the death row lawyers was very moving.

I was at the gig that Ross Wilson talked about, Edina and Sunshine on Leith with the choir, just as well the lights were low. 😭

Soul Music is a brilliant programme, never miss it.

This was the best yet.

It is an incredible song. I've cried at that song at football matches and at funerals

When was the last time we played SoL at Easter Road? It feels like ages.

Have to say I was near blubbing throughout. Just got past the cancer family and death row... then it was Hands off Hibs. 😭

Weird thing is I know the family. One of the daughters was in the same year at school as my daughter. Edinburgh is so small at times isn't it?

Great short programme. It never fails to move me and now reminds me of my darling sister, as well as growing up in Leith and the football moments when the song topped off a wonderful day.

Leither, always and forever.

Fantastic, thanks for sharing.

Really emotional stories told brilliantly by the participants. Superb stuff.

The leukemia lad's mother's voice is like nectar. She should be on the radio.

This is incredibly emotional. Means so many different things to the people on the programme but they all feel it very deeply. Good work by the BBC, thanks for posting 👍🇳🇬
