I just tried to buy a happy hibee ticket on my online account but I had to create a new account and it's not linking my old account and says I've got no season ticket to which I am is any ok next else had issues its absolute frustrating

I had the same issue and contacted ticket office via email and they gave me instructions which I had already followed and I they then contacted the software company involved in setting this and they sorted the issue.
