Listened today while working next to an extractor fan, had it on a decent bluetooth speaker but couldn't hear Brian at all. Apart from that, usual goodness from this pod, although I am starting to worry about Johns growing obsession with young Hibs players dicks, was it not him that named Josh Doig, Tripod and now he thinks Hammer is named because of his junk too?!? Think you might need to watch that one :greengrin

PS, I listened back once i was away from the fan and Brian was on it, just very quiet assume it was an issue with his phone

It sounded ok when i played it back but i listened again and he’s quiet on it.

At some point we’ll invest in a decent set up (might need to crowd fund that!).

All joking aside (and I'm a Yoga man now so what I'm about to say comes from a place of peace and love and no judgement...)

There's been a couple of odd suggestions recently on Twitter in particular in regards to Longbangers and what we discuss.

I could only recall one instance where any players manhood was mentioned so I went back to listen to Episode 59 "Dougie Tripod" as that was the first time that name had been used. Dougie Tripod was introduced to differentiate between Doig and Doidge. It is categorically not a reference to his manhood. If after Episode 59 there is any reference to Dougie Tripod and his manhood (or any others players), by me, I'll hold my hands up to it but at this time I genuinely don't remember.

When I was at the Linlithgow vs Hibs XI game, Jamie Gullan's nickname which I hadn't heard before was mentioned and there were a couple of childish s******s and comments. An "Oh aye, why's that his nickname?" kind of thing. Two isolated incidents almost exactly one year apart do not make a growing obsession over "young Hibs players dicks".
