Why do I need to login to view the site? I understand when 'traffic' is high - i.e. during or after a game. But, surely things are a lot quieter now!

I tend only to login when I want to post. The majority of time, I just pop in to have a wee read.

Rather than an expression of differing views , the site has become an obstacle course and gets more
difficult to access by the day

Is logging in really that much of a problem? I just stay logged in all the time, that way I never have to login.

Been a lot of gnashing of teeth on this issue. Don’t really get it - just log in and crack on.
