Lots and lots of them on these boards tonight.
But for Covid-19 I suspect most of them would have been out guising but instead here they all are throwing their toys out of the pram!

Yep....apparently if you've not done done post after post with tears and snotters after the game you've accepted defeat or something like that.

Are you throwing your toys out your pram by creating a thread about the performance of fans on this forum? They draw attention to poor performance while upset, using a place to share and probably vent I suppose. You’ve pretty much just done the same about them, calling them children no less.
Anyone calling for immediate sacking needs to chill but don’t see why fans can’t criticise management and players after awful result...

We can also expect reactions to be a bit OTT after a derby defeat, but you'd think we'd been humped 10-0 going by some of the reactions on here tonight.

Wisen up, do I sound like i'm throwing my toys out of the pram.
I get why people might want to be critical but some of the reactions on here to the defeat today are nothing short of pathetic.
How on earth some of these people would cope with a real tragedy **** only knows.

Creating a thread calling fellow fans children is borderline toy throwing, sorry.
Ever thought some are reacting so badly because they are venting about the football because that’s one way for them to vent? Shouldn’t be talking about sacking manager, that is ludicrous. We will agree on that but what’s typed on fans forums is rarely just about the face value. I mean we can’t go to football to keep it close to the subject, some of us may have lost jobs, be isolated and lonely, and potentially much worse. rightly or wrongly a bad result in the derby may be a trigger for people to vent on a forum and probably to friends and family, where possible. More so now than ever.
Due to COVID and everything it’s brought, this derby may have meant more to people than the “normal” ones. Maybe not but I suspect in some ways it possibly did especially when you consider us being in higher division.
People need to calm down, yes. However, my takeaway from all of this is Jack Ross and his players have let Hibs fans down at a very difficult time for us all. Think all this added together probably exacerbates the reaction.

I’ll say it again, men venting their emotions is a good thing.

I'd say there's more losers than children.

Expectation levels/work in progress/don't speculate to accumulate/exponential growth...or any other byline from the last 40 years could have replaced your post title of "children".
How dare we put our viewpoint out there on a message board - kids, eh?

10-0 or what happened. Same outcome.

In fairness I think most of them are on the 'Humiliating' thread now.

Well done you for starting your own one, then - or did you expect nobody to comment?

A lot of utterly pathetic and cringeworthy posts tonight. Jack Ross has done a brilliant job for us and I back him to continue our growth. Football is like this sometimes and unfortunately we lost a game today where we weren’t the worst team. Get over it.

Jack Ross hasn’t achieved anything yet. He’s just missed the opportunity to get to a cup final, without playing a Premiership team to get there.
He is in a good position to do well in the league. Tonight was always going to be big for him. He now needs to start winning some big games.

Are you suggesting that Jack Ross has not done a good job?

I think on reading a thread like 'Humiliating' that I'm entitled to suggest there are a lot of adults on here tonight behaving like kids. Just as you are entitled to disagree.

I would have gave him 7/10 up to tonight, and still a 7/10 even if we had beat them. He's an upgrade on Heckingbottom (which wouldn't be difficult), but he doesn't "get" this Derby fixture, which is a constant, justified criticism of successive Hibernian managers and indeed the Board.
