Apparently a new dad, or a dad to a new baby. Shocking. I'd have originally thought that today's loss was shocking, it wasn't, it was just a loss of a game of football.
Losing a husband/father/son etc at the age of 36 when he should have been able to rest back after years of top flight fitness training puts a lot in perspective.
As many have said, an easy man to dislike in the heat of a football match, but that was because he was a good player.
This sort of stuff haunts me really. As Ayrton Senna once said, "I've still got time."

I wish they could find some kind of breakthrough in it's treatment.
