The aim of the group is to connect Hibs fans in the North East of England for social events and to watch Hibs games together. We have a NE Hibs supporters club up here based and very well run from Aberdeen with a good membership. Also on FB. You probably have seen our flag N.E.S.H. But good on them down in England very welcome

What happened to Carl was disgusting and particularly so given his circumstances, but I don't think being the victim of sectarian abuse makes you a celebrity because it makes the papers?

Good luck with the FB page but this culture of attributing the title of "celebrity" to anyone is just another example of a word that's become overused and devalued.

Yes, and very hospitable to fellow travelling Hibs fans on Aberdeen away days.
If Carl Macar can set up a club for like minded Hibs fans in the North East of England and can get more travelling to games then good on him.

With London Hibs, an active group in the North West/Lancashire and with Dublin Hibs across the Irish Sea, it’s great to see that passion spread across the country.
