Robbie has told the Hearts fans not to worry the players are all very aware of what has happened over the past six months and they are ready. So they know they were the worst team in the league and rightfully relegated. The battle commence.

Whenever they get the ball into the opposition penalty area and it goes within five yards of a defender's arm.

Notice of Temporary Amendment Order 1875.
This Order will come into effect at 1945 hours on Friday 16 October and shall remain in place (hopefully) until 1945 hours on Tuesday 10 November when normal service shall be resumed. This is a repeat of the Temporary Amendment Order which was first implemented on 3 May 1986.

I've got a feeling Dundee could be absolute pants this year.
I'm just sceptical how the likes of Adam and Dorrans will get on. If they can get fit and perform, then they have a chance, but that's a big if I feel.
Hopefullyy not, but I'm much more excited to see how Dunfermline get on as I think they've made some more exciting signings.

Got 20 quid on the pars to win the league this season at 20s. I think Hertz will probably just edge but Pars a close second for me. 20/1 is absolutely massive IMO.

Hope Dundee get the win, but it's probably unlikely. Expect Hertz, with a penalty or two, and other help from the ref, to fluke a win.

I also noted with surprise that Haring started their match against Raith. Still think their is a big risk of a reoccurence.

I heard Nielsen say ‘this club are under pressure to win every game we play, including in the premiership’.
I must have missed that when they struggled to 4 wins all last season and spent long spells with 9 men behind the ball :faf:

All the bbc Scotland chat is the they will walk that league. I’m not so sure, Dundee seem to have made good additions and the Pats look decent too.

I suspect Levein playing the Haring guy in the 2019 Cup Final cost him the whole of last season and might yet finish his career.
That bahaviour should have finished 30 years ago.

As regards Hibs, I was doing my nut in the stands when Hibs kept Porteous on the field for an age when he injured his knee the first time. Should have been off immediately not popping it back into place a couple of times and playing on.

He'll need to seriously improve based on last season. He should have more of a chance in that league though.

If roles were reversed and Hearts biggest threat to promotion was in the form of a Dundee striker what would the Jambos do with a literal free hit ?

That’s right - target and knobble the said striker.

I know I'm going against the grain here, but I've never liked Dundee.

I've been watching football for nearly 50 years and I can't remember them ever having a decent team, and they haven't even had many good players that I can recall.

I never liked Dens Park.

If I was Dundonian, I'd have hoped to be brought up a United fan.

They had a brilliant if very inconsistent team in the mid naughties under Bonetti with Caniggia, Caballaro, Sara etc. Remember when we played them at ER it was one of the best games I've ever seen. Both teams were superb and I remember Dundee fans applauding Agathe's goals. Was like exhibition football in attack with both defences on the dodgy side.

I remember watching that first injury and when he played on I thought it must’ve just been a knee cap contact thing because you don’t play on normally after doing ligament damage. In Hibs’ defence I think the coaches must’ve been thinking the same which is why he was kept on the pitch. In my youth I’ve torn ligaments and I’ve also had a kneecap to kneecap collision; the pain was worse for a minute or two with the kneecap collision, and then you just run it off.

I honestly think Hearts have a culture where they view their players as commodities above all.

Hopefully they improve if they settle down but I won’t be holding my breath, think this will be an easy 3 points for the bad guys.

Charlie Adam looks huge.

Jordan Forster really struggling. Not somebody I ever rated but he’s better than this. Wonder if he’s maybe trying too hard.
