I doubt it, the car in Stirling was being parked in the car park and the driver appears to have slammed the accellerator by mistake, the Highland one ran down an embankment and stopped before reaching the track.

If they're anything like the age of the last guy that drove his car onto the tracks in Stirling (near Cornton Vale Prison), it's more likely to be Dementia Rebellion.
