I don't know if Ryan will make a step up in years to come that will take him to the riches of the English championship or even EPL. But there's absolutely no doubt that he is good enough for this league and has all the makings of a future Hibs legend. The problem they've got is that if Celtic do win ten in a row with Sevco not winning a single major trophy in that time period, the fans will turn on those at the top of the club big time. You have to sense that the distraction of blaming Porteous/referees/whatever keeping the heat off of them is only good for them.
