Cracking result. Last 2 games have been hugely promising. We were also missing two key players today in Murphy and Allan.

Disappointed we didn't take all 3 points but over the piece I think a draw was a fair result.

They had a lot of the ball and penned us back for long spells without creating a whole lot of chances. We looked dangerous on the break and created decent chances ourselves. Certainly can't fault anyone for effort and there were a few very good performances. Hopefully that was a breakout performance from Wright, who can feel aggrieved not to be named MOTM.

That is a really brilliant point for Hibs and a proper statement from us. First team to score against them this season and we did it twice.

Nisbett looks very, very good. As well as having a great touch, awareness and killer instinct, I have been pleasantly surprised with how effective he is in holding up the ball as well. I knew he was a bargain and a very clever signing when we signed him, but he is absolutely looking the part.

Newell and Gogic solid in midfield for us. Really got in their faces. Was impressed with Gogic's distribution at points as was worried this would be a significant weakness of his - he really is a must for games like this as the only way to play the OF is to get in their faces.

Paul McGinn is a class act at the back.

I only saw most of the second half so can't comment about the overall performance. Chuffed to bits with what I did see. Not sure if anyone can fault that result with good reason. I saw a thorough 'team' display in that half. Rocky was great. Paul McGinn and Alex Gogic are great signings. Drey Wrght looks like he's coming into a game. The timing and choice of the substitutes was perfect for me. Delighted with a potentially big, big point.

We stuck at it and got rewarded for doing so. Young Doige had a tough time of it, but you can see the ability he has and he will learn a lot from games like today, he will be a good player for us in the long term.

I said last season that the Huns were the best team to come to Easter Road and today hasn't changed my opinion of them, they pass and move very well and did that today. It's credit to us that we kept them down to two goals and were a threat ourselves.

Sadly, the League Cup gets in the way so we only have 2 league matches before the Championship starts so the best we can do is to match their 2019/20 tally. I feel cheated somehow.

We weren't breathtaking but we did what we had to do to get something out of a game against a side top of the league that hadn't even conceded a goal. Giving over possession was always going to happen. We still scored twice and created other chances though. That's just a Jambo fud in denial. If that was Hearts against a big Championship team like Dundee they'd be calling it a masterclass and saying they were back etc.

While the point was very welcome and the performance good we did imo give away two very poor goal. First one beaten too easily wide and Morelos unmarked in box while second both Arfield and Hagi not picked up at all.
