New kits in store

Seems they have various sizes behind the desk but none actually on the racks. Just happened to notice them and asked if they were available (I assumed they were for pre-orders only but was able to just buy the away kit there and then). Seemed well stocked on the home one also

IIRC when you go to the counter with a shirt they always swap the hanger one for one in the bag. Then put the hanger one back on the stand.

I noticed that too, so now I just go to the counter and ask for what I want rather , than taking a top off the rack

Aye it was more just to let folk know that they're available to buy in store now for anyone that didn't know. I certainly wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen them behind counter. No new shirts on the racks etc. and Hibs haven't communicated that they're available in store as far as I'm aware.

Seem to be people still waiting on their pre ordered shirts arriving so thought it quite odd that both new kits were available to purchase over the counter

Do the kids ones have the same sponsors on the back? I remember in the past alcohol/gambling sponsors were left off the kids kits, so no Eden Mill on the back?

I think I saw something from Hibs on social media, in reply to someone asking, saying there had been a further delay though. I've certainly not had any notification saying they are in so I think that may well be the case.

Great value at half price. Wore it today watching the game.

You’re right no Eden mill. But it was 37 quid with the front NHS message so cheapo compared to the adult version

Bought the away top yesterday. You definitely need to buy the next size up from your normal size. I'm a medium but the large fits perfectly. Have to say, the away top looks great. Didn't think much of it when I saw it online, but decided to buy it after seeing a lassie wearing it in the street the other day. Looks much better in the flesh.

The last Macron top I bought was a medium home, the diamond one and tbh I didn’t find it as small fitting as the majority seem to.

Both those kits are smarter than the away kit and the bogging 3rd one. That purple one is actually nicer than last seasons purple away.

Spoke to the girl in the shop yesterday.

Sadly the Pink goalie top is sold out in XXL. She did say it’s likely that they will put another order in as it’s been their fastest selling goalie shirt ever and they would be mad not to strike while the iron is hot and sell more. This kit is made to order and not from a catalogue. They did have purple keepers shirts left in XXL.

Home shirts are back on pre order in all sizes. This is for latest an October delivery, although likely that these may come back in stock in September.

Have a read on Twitter about the problems Rangers are having with Castore, their new suppliers.

Some folk ordered leisure wear jumpers that are supposed to be premium, elite sportswear according to the label. What they got were school jumpers made in India with a Rangers badge sewn own. There was a label on the inside sleeve stating it’s was for school wear! £160 apparently!

Other than that, there are pics everywhere of the strips where it looks like they have been put together by monkeys. Patterns not lining up, logos and wording on squint etc.

Some of it is hilarious. Rangers even got the Bears Den forum to take down the thread about it - by giving an admin a replica strip. There’s a new thread now, worth checking out for the laughs.
