They certainly should have. Like said above, check contact details and check junk folder as that’s where all my Hibs emails go for some reason.

They’re not, all details are correct for both my son and I.
Done all the checks, not in junk for either of us, I am a BT email address, son is Hotmail, no idea why neither of us receive anything.

I would definitely check with the ticket office - email came in at about 14:30 with link to digital programme - I wouldn’t get too excited - definitely a trimmed down version of the regular match day programme - not very good.

My Mother in Law got her Hibspass email but nothing else. Did you get your Hibspass log in mail Scouse person?

No mate, I received nothing. Got helped out on here with a forwarded copy so we were able to log in and watch the game fine. Have now been contacted by Kenny at the club so will hopefully get it sorted.

Hope so. I went in to the TO to get the old dear in laws updated but all they got right since was the TV one. She’s had none of the follow ups so I’ll need to try again.. I’m sure Kenny M will sort it for you.

I’m the same, had to get the hibspass emails forwarded to me. I have contacted both the support email and the ticketing email addresses. To be fair both replied to me with the details I needed to log on yesterday, but again, I never received the email for the match day programme

I had th hibspass email sent directly to my main inbox, however the email for programme, etc went to the 'promotion' tab on gmail for some reason. So maybe just check and search 'hibernian' on inbox and see if any email has filtered elsewhere.

Same here. Only emails I ever get are confirmation of buying my ST.

The issuu email was terrible for access through a phone. I’ve not tried it via my Mac but it wasn’t readable on my phone. The problem being the viewer window is too small, when you expand the programme you only get that wee window to read it.

Nope, Didn't know this so checked the spam folder but definitely no email.

I never got my email.
I got the hibspass and ST renewal emails ok but that’s all live had this year
