I've just checked I can't see that anyone else born after 31st December 2000 has played for us so yes Josh Doig is the first.

Mikey, he joined Hibs last summer after being at Hearts. I’m sure they released him
I remember George Craig saying to me at the Development games last season, that he couldn’t believe they’d let them go
