Can someone help please?

It hasn't autorenewed via paypal and the only menu I find on here says "hibs.net Messageboard does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe"

If you go into your paypal account you can send it manually to [email protected]. Let us know when it's done, with a real name rather than a username (send a pm if your prefer) and we will look for it coming through and update you.
