It's probably pretty good, but it's a bit too "West end musical" for my taste.

My boss at the time was a childhood pal of Fish's dad which is how I got the drawings to do. I met the man himself and his then wife Tami a couple of times. IIRC I did the Planning and Building Warrant stuff and then passed it back to the company as the job became too big for a homer and I changed jobs about the same time.

It was an interesting thing to be involved in. There was a sound engineer called Keith Slaughter who was advising Fish on the project and I had a good few discussions with him. I picked his brains on other things I was involved in and he was really helpful.

This was about 30 years ago and it was only later as the internet became more comprehensive that I discovered that he worked on and at Abbey Road studios and was one of the engineers on Sgt. Pepper. Probably more impressive than meeting Fish to be honest.

It was BBC 6 Music that I heard it, possibly the last station I'd expect to play a Fish song.
