Season Tickets- anything received from Club

Bought two season tickets, my first for 30 years, on 29 April and apart from email confirmation have not received anything from the club?

Is this normal?

Pretty sure current ST cards will be used again for this season, so new ST holders should be getting theirs sent out very soon. Under normal circumstances season tickets would all be in hand by now.

In normal circumstances you should have received your season ticket card in the post by now, but the office has been closed and all staff working from home for the last wee while.

Think I saw something saying the ticket office was reopening later this week which will mean staff have access to the card printers etc and should be able to start working through the new season cards and getting them in the post.

Ticket Office reopens tomorrow so that'll be why no new Season Tickets have been sent out yet.

Not particularly any need to rush as we don't even know yet when we'll be back in the stadium. Main thing is getting the email with what you need for the live stream before the 1st match.

Think I saw a tweet from the club replying to someone saying tomorrow morning.

I never seem to receive any emails from the club, checked my account online tonight and I’d ticked the box to say I didn’t want to hear of any offers. I’ve unticked that now so hopefully I’ll start to receive communications from the club that other people seem to get.

Final preparations are underway with the new season kick off in ten days’ time. We are aware you will be keen to understand how to access the matches and we are working on this for you.

We are working through the final technical elements to ensure that you have all you need to be up and running ahead of the new season. We will be providing you with a guide of what to do in advance of the opening game and how to log on for the live match when it arrives. We are aiming to have this information with you by the end of the week and we will be running a test event next week to give you the opportunity to log in and be comfortable with the set up. We will let you know the details of this as soon as we have them.

In the meantime, can you please ensure that all of your contact information is up to date. It is really important we have updated details like emails, contact numbers and addresses so that we can contact you with any key information ahead of the kick off.
