Can we have an announcement on this immediately after Hearts court case has been dismissed and they have been heavily fined by the football authorities please?

Hearts will have bought an entire new team just for the semi before this restarts.

That can't be right, they're going to lose £8M due to their relegation.

The way you're putting it, you would think they'd just nicked Dundee United's manager and signed an international goalkeeper from Celtc.

I mean, if they had done that, people might suspect they were lying about the financial impact of relegation...

But that would imply their entire position on all this was just a pile of poorly confected bull5hit...

Correct. Everything will be based around beating us. The same as when they signed 500 players in January for the cup games against us. It's the Hearts way.

Hertz suspended for 1 year and a Hibs walkover into the cup final. It's only fair...

Ah, but the competition rules say that when a match is postponed, only players registered and eligible at the original match date are eligible when it is eventually played.

And we know how the Duncans are about not changing competition rules.

Including the £10 million from the court case. Which she'll be wanting paid over, regardless of what the court says about it.

Think when the fixtures come out on Monday, we’ll have an indication on when the semi will be played, and the final too

I thought the finalist was given a Euro spot? That means it will need to be played out before start of next season???

12.5 - When a Match which is postponed, drawn, or abandoned is played or replayed, only those Players who were eligible, by means of their registration, to be listed on the Official Team Line for a Club at the date fixed for originally playing the Match, are eligible to be listed on the Official Team Line for that Club for the rescheduled Match.

Not sure how how that affects things ?

Hearts might want to change the rules as it suits them.

Not bothered if the cup is resurrected or not. Next season is the focus now.

Rules in relation to Scottish cup have been suspended for a year. Even if a player has played in a previous round for a club, he can play for another now in the semi or final (for example I am guessing Hayes played for celtic, he could now play for Aberdeen).

Where our only chance of success is winning a cup that we're not bothered about this season? Doesn't make sense to me.

Get the ties played!
