Just been looking at my online banking and I’ve had 3 payments taken from me in 2 days,I did up my monthly payments has this happened to anyone else?

The same happened to me, I have now cancelled my DD which got me one of my payments back. I will rejoin at the end of July

My DD was meant to come off yesterday but its still pending.

Same happened to me. I updated / increased payment amount after June payments was taken. The amount still shows the old payment amount but Two payments of the new / higher amount were taken on 19th June.

Not looking for a refund but I have emailed them to ensure only one monthly payment taken from now on.
