Not exhaustive but there was a thread on this forum back in 2018 about these.

Best place to start is Rikki Raginia’s guide which will give you the griff up to 1994 although there are a few after that.

Dundee Utd 4/12/65 no 12
Clyde 22/1/66 no 15
Clyde 9/12/67 no 12
Rangers 30/12/78 no 15
Dundee 2/1/80 no 14
St mirren 19/1/80 no 15
Dons 23/3/83 no 20. An update sheet was included with rearranged game
Motherwell 21/1/84
St mirren 28/12/85 no 16
Partick 8/11/95 no 9
St mirren 24/11/98 an insert was issued when rearranged
Gretna 26/1/08 no 15
Hamilton a couple of years ago. Don’t have it so don’t have details
St Johnstone 14/3/20
Think that’s it back to 1960 apart from any more printers proof copies that may appear 😂

Sorry, I switched off. I can send you photocopies of the guide if you want it, it pops up on eBay on occasion.
Unfortunately I know of a couple of collectors who have shot a couple of holes in it :greengrin

Yes it was postponed due to ‘Intertoto’ weather conditions. I think the teams played at East Mains. A programme was issued for the postponed match.
