As entertaining as the 5-5 game was, it still annoys me that we failed to win after going 3-0 up.

In hindsight we should have composed ourselves at 3-0. But at the time it felt like we were doing the right thing.

We absolutely blew them away first 30 mins of that game. Would have done that to Celtic as well, we were that good. If we’d scored at that corner when they countered us to make it 3-1 I genuinely think they would have collapsed and it would have been 7 or 8. They were all over the shop and looking more and more panicked as every minute passed before their goal.

I had the pleasure of bumping into Daz and Lewie later that night, speaking to them about it I asked if Lennon was raging. Now obviously he wasn't raging at FT hahaha, but Lewis said at half-time he wasn't raging with them either. He told them they had had to go for it.

As a side note, I walked back into the pub after saying bye to them and checked my phone to find Lewis had been called up to the Scotland squad, don't think he even knew at that point!

That will be because to the vast majority of people voting for the Hamilton game won't be neutrals and to them it will have been a lot more enjoyable and entertaining than the 5-5 game.

It's over now. They'll be showing the Hamilton game. Unfortunately for Hearts fans, as they watch it tomorrow all they'll be thinking about is that both the teams playing will be in the league above them next season. And we all have the documentary to look forward to.
