All these Hearts "spokesmen" supporting legal action against other clubs and the governing body is irresponsible and simply feeds their disgruntled fanbase and victim mentality. They conveniently ignore Hearts were strong favourites for the drop and take zero responsibility for the clubs' own predicament. To be disappointed or annoyed is natural, any club would be. But Hearts have had every opportunity to influence the outcome and find alternative solutions and they have failed.

Hearts and The Rangers are so desperate, they'd be more than happy to destroy football to appease their fans and deflect from their own abject failure. The Rangers cannot win a trophy or stop Celtic on their march to 10IAR, despite spending £ millions. Hearts just cannot win, despite spending £millions more than competitors on terrible players and underperforming managers. So let's resort to legal action

The nutters amount their supporters will stop at nothing. To see professional people like lawyers and politicians coming out with this stuff is disgusting. We'd all be better off without them.

What I dont get, or would like to know, given Hearts are the biggest bigly team of biglieness, they must surely have a fan who is a QC who is also prepared to work pro bono for such a deserving cause. Or, an up and comer looking to make a name from themselves. They've looked at the likliehood of a successful appeal and thought, I'll go for it. We were told for years that they are the establishment team and other than Salmond, the establishment ran, leaving a helplessly out of depth Grandmother with funds leading the new order. Yesterday on the radio Deans gave his opinion, it beggars belief( sorry) that he knows noone in that specialism to run his fantasy past.

Deans is a fanny, Mackay is a racist prick.

SPFL Rules and Regs

Season means the period of the year commencing on the date of the first League
Match in a Season and ending on the date of the last League Match in the same
Season or otherwise as determined by the Board and which excludes the Close
Season;

I struggle to see how they will make a case against this.

The SPFL could call it today if they want - they are just waiting to dot the i's, and cross the t's with EUFA.

Hearts guys like McKay, Foulkes, Murray and Deans talking about how unfair this is and fighting funds, the Hearts fans will be lapping this up. With Budge also saying if the league is called she will take legal advice. Hearts fans will raise in the region of £1m which when they realise they have no legal route to fo down will go straight into the Hearts coffers.

Maybe they do, but any QC would probably tell them they cannot win.
So its all just a form of bullying from them.

The guy is an irrelevance best remembered for racially abusing Kevin Harper though I understand he now does a lot of work for “show racism the red card” and his winning goal for Scotland versus Bulgaria in Sofia
Like his Hearts career this campaign will prove to be a pointless waste of time energy and money

While Anne Budge was a relatively new face to everyone and post Romanov for a brief time looked like freshening up the club to move it forward, it now looks like a club that has stood still while everyone else has moved with the times.

Characters like Craig Levein, George Foulkes, Leslie Deans, Medals Mackay still hover over the club, and contribute to the stuffy, pompous and bitter environment which many thought Budge would drag Hearts out of.

Is there nothing that these shameless robbers won’t tap their fan base for, and equally is there no cause, however hopeless or deluded, that these brainless sheep won’t fall for, I bet their families must be so proud of them as they once again ‘dig deep’ to help yet another worthy cause, laughable yet slightly sad !

A legal challenge could potentially cost millions. They don't have the money and they won't raise enough.

They have no chance of success in any case.

I think that the SPFL board should put forward a motion that any club who attacks the SPFL (and therefore their fellow members) in a legal challenge and loses, will be automatically expelled from the SPFL.

Their titting about could use up a lot of time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere.

The support has paid for everything else (including relegation) so why not, good luck to them.
Now can we just see them relegated and moved out of the way to let the real players in.

The fact they're seriously considering legal action suggests that they're in deep doo doo if relegated. A telling sign of desperation.

Or it’s just a Rangers style mix of delusion and deflection. They’ve not been relegated, they’ve been expelled. They haven’t paid the price for being the worst side in the division, they’ve been hounded out by narrow minded rivals too stupid to see the big picture. And so on and so on.

New Rangers were built on this sort of crap, and we can all see the mess that’s caused. Hearts are creating exactly the same sort of poisonous atmosphere for themselves, with the Board and associated hangers on fanning the flames, whether out of ignorance or self preservation.

Expelling a team over such action would play into their hands re childishness. I propose a sanction that if you raise an action, proceed it to court and subsequently fail, demotion to league two ensues.

I know, it’s crazy.

The fans seem to think that ‘taking the SPFL to court’ is some kinda panacea to their problems.

They’ve already won the case in their minds and either been reinstated to the Premiership or won zillions, whilst also brining the league to its knees.
