I was determined to get ronaldo and Messi in there as well, think that made it even harder for us. Ronaldo played for a lot of big clubs to try and accommodate him in there!

When I went to bed I was happy with my side, woke up this morning and realised that Ronald Koeman played for Barca (I had it in my head he was just inter and Ajax, don’t know where that came from, just checked and he never even played for inter)

Struck me how few Brazilians people are picking but the best ones of my generation generally played for Barcelona or Real Madrid and most people are taking Messi or Ronaldo from those teams.

A name I’ve not seen mentioned on here I don’t think but one of my mates included was Bebeto, great player and it’s incredible the lack of impact he had in Europe.

I loved Van Basten, incredible striker but for me, if you’re picking an AC Milan player from that era it has to be a defender, Baresi or Maldini.
