HSF like keeping things simple so our keepy uppy challenge is to keep the ball up either 4 or 16 times.
We will donate £25 to each of our partners LIFT Millenium and Edinburgh Helping Hands for the first 40 videos posted of your keepy uppys.
These funds will be used to supply food parcels and meals to the many people who need our help at present.
Simple follow us, tag HSF & a minimum of 2 friends in your video to challenge them.
Make sure your friends follow HSF too.
