Having an issue trying to renew it’s showing my sons child’s season ticket as an adult ticket with no way of changing it on E ticketing site.. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Cheers

I just bought a new ST for my daughter but it did not ask for her name and it has been bought in mine. How would I get this amended?

Turns out for me my sons DOB was not on file. Called ticket office and lady was very helpful and now resolved. Suggest you give them a call.... *07783 626185‬
