Spent all day going round the shops trying to get puppy food for my pup. Have been to 2 Tescos, 2 Farmfoods, Asda, Home bargains, B&M bargains and poundstrecher that has a pet supply store attached to it. Nothing, nada, sweet F all. If this keeps up will it be alright to give her adult food? Worried incase I end up in isolation with no food for her. She is a 5 month German shepherd so is eating like a horse at the moment.

Pets at home have some avail for click and collect or home delivery...their home delivery might take a while right enough but maybe order some that way and see what you can do in the interim?
Also look up home cook meals for dogs / puppies. I’m pretty sure you can feed then plain white rice and the like so not always required to always give them pre prepared dog food....
Edit: Also try Amazon. Again maybe not their standard next day delivery but sure there will be stuff still avail online.
Not the cheapest but tails.com are good and deliver. Doesnt help you today but maybe worth setting up.

Not sure where you’re based but Harbro at Eskbank may be a good shout. They are open today so maybe worth giving them a call.
Coxydene will have stock, dont know if its open today but will have a website Its East Calder though so maybe not handy

Hi, we had a small dog that had a slight digestive problem at 3 months old.
We were told by the vet to give her brown rice, chicken, steamed cauliflower mixed together, she loved it.
Also use turkey mince, cooked beef, diced carrot, broccoli mix.
Just remember no onion if you are giving part off your own stew.
Ours was on that diet for around 3 months and she thrived.
You could also introduce small pieces of apple and other treats. Remember no grapes.
Your girl should be fine, but might turn her nose up at dog food once she gets a taste for home cooking.

I get mine from Amazon. I order 2 15kg bags and with next day delivery. They might be toiling to deliver at the moment mind you.

We use https://www.zooplus.co.uk/ for our dog food. Free delivery and much cheaper than Amazon for 15kg bags.

Coxdeyne farms out near East Calder has a farm shop with plenty of dog food at a good price.
We have a 6 year old GSD who eats like a horse as well. We get a 15kg bag of lamb and rice biscuits for 20 quid there. It's decent quality as well.

Thanks guys, eventually got some. Will have a look at the stuff online to get stuff in before we get locked down.
That's another worry though. She is doing really well and getting her socialised but not sure how that's gonna turn out now we are trying to isolate from family and other people on their dog. Even today had her out a walk and everyone coming over wanting to psee her and pet her. Great normally but not ideal in these times.
