Why no changes at half time hibs

We were diabolical 1st half,I would have hooked stevenson allan st half time replaced them with whittaker and horgan, but no we went with the same shape ,really cannot get my head round the fact we changed nothing, bad managment

They owned the midfield with the extra man, picking up all the loose balls, whenever we got the ball we tried to play the neat passing in a far too congested midfield.
Too soft and the jambos doubled up on Boyle in heartbeat as soon as he got it.
Allan hasn't been great under pressure lately and in this type of game hardly any football is played, we need to win the battle 1st and we lost it big time
